If you are like me, I love to yard sale but with gas prices (and a 'baby' still getting up between 1 and 3 a.m.) my sleep and our finances are more important than finding a deal. This morning, I did get up and got the girls out of the house by 7 a.m. We found a few things....got a nice black Sunday purse, 3 children books, a shepherds hook pole (for $1), a nice Americana door wreath all for $5.00. Then I went and got a black wicker tall candle stand...hard to explain...for $2.00. Not sure it was worth all the gas it took in our gas guzzler vehicle but the girls and I enjoyed our little 'outing'.
