Well, we've had our house on the market for just a couple weeks and today we have our first home showing. Talk about work...we worked late last night trying to get everything in tip-top shape. We had just went and got two beautiful hanging plants and some flowers to plant (and some garden plants as well)! The yard is fresh; my hubby mopped the tile flooring and so this morning it's just finishing up and making everything fresh as can be to make a great impression. Hey, they may not buy but it's encouraging we've gotten someone interested. We've had a great response on listingbook as far as people saving as a favorite; agents looking; and interested buyers so in the Lord's timing it will sell...and hopefully soon!!!!! We've got our eye on some land to purchase but don't want to make a decision before selling this home. It's just exciting :-) We've definately outgrown this place, especially with homeschooling!
Back to cleaning....
