I tried these today and they are so easy and so delicious. Thought I'd share the recipe.
Cheesecake Bites
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 egg
8 oz cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
2 eggs
First layer: mix cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Second layer: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs. Pour on top of first layer. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into squares. (Top with fresh strawberries in glaze, or your other special toppings)
