Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

I tried this yesterday and it was delicious. When I showed the leftovers to my husband, he sort of snubbed his nose but he ended up liking it. I just warmed tortilla chips up and served alongside the dip.

1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, and drained
1 (16 oz) velvetta pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (I just used the jar kind...it was a lot cheaper)
4 oz philidephia cream cheese, cubed
1 can diced tomatoes (10 oz)
1 small can green chilies drained
bacon bits...I just sort of guessed it called for 8 slices of bacon but I just used real bacon bits

Combine ingred. in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheeses completely melt and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
