All In A Day--and of course, IT IS MONDAY!

I think our 2 year old has an attraction to toilets but for some reason I am struggling at getting her potty trained. This morning, the bathroom light was on so I sneakingly looked in and she is in there with the plunger IN THE TOILET trying to accomplish something that didn't need to be accomplished.

After the plunger ordeal, I was getting our 1st grader started into her writing DVD for her school and of course they are learning the sound for 'M' which is MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm for MILK! Well, as soon as I got that turned out and it was already playing, our precious 2 year old was at the kitchen table with my homemade chocolate chip cookies (and her MMMMMMMMMmilk sippy cup) and was saying "MMMMMMMMM" - not sure if she heard it on the DVD or that was just her response when I walked in and caught her.

Well, I just called and received the honor (I am not really feeling too honored right now to be honest) to be on jury duty this week. This is my third time to be selected in less than a year. I got out of the first 2 times but I guess being a homeschool mom just isn't going to fix it this time. So please pray with me that I won't get on some long drawn out trial! If I do, I may have to plea 'insanity'!! My poor hubby has to miss out on his luncheon tomorrow before he leaves to go to a different job area. I really hate it for him but what can I do???? I must not complain...I am working on a "Turning Our Grumbling Into Gratitude--It's All In The Attitude". Maybe I shouldn't have thought about that one, cause I think the Lord is putting me to the test now.
