Hoe - Don’t Hoe Sows Of Deceit and Falsehood
Proverbs 12:22a “A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches…”
Proverbs 6:16a “These six things doth the Lord hate…” 19a “A false witness that speaketh lies…”
Proverbs 24:28 “Be not a witness against thy neighbor without cause; and deceive not with thy lips.”
Proverbs 4:24 “Put away from thee a forward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.”
I Peter 3:10 “For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile.”
We should have a desire to ALWAYS speak the truth and not be deceitful in small or large matters. There is no such thing as a “white lie” in God’s sight. In our daily prayers we should ask the Lord to help us to keep our tongue from evil and our lips from deceitful speech.
