A Bittersweet Week

Well, this has been a real challenging week for me. On Monday, I took down the crib and now our 'baby' is in a toddler bed. I just can't believe how fast they grow up. It seems I was just pregnant and miserable and begging the Lord to please allow the time to go quickly...but I wanted it to slow down as soon as I had the baby :-)

Then with goals of getting out of debt, we decide to have a yard sale. What do I mostly have TONS of? Baby clothes! I try to 'comfort' myself and say, "It's okay! If I were to EVER (which is VERY unlikely) have another baby surely it would be a boy on the fifth try, right? So I will have no need for these cute little adorable frilly girl clothes." Anyways, those thoughts seem to bring no comfort to me but I have decided to let them go and just hang on to one small container of the cutest, cutest of them all clothes. We are hanging on to the crib...my husband mentioned saving it for grandkids...am I really getting that old? I don't think so!!! He must be thinking L O N G term.
