IN THE BATHROOM WITH A 2 YEAR OLD REALLY INTERESTED IN POTTY TRAINING...I mean REALLY serious! On one hand, I am thankful because I am thinking 'extra monies' from not having to buy diapers - but it always seem to disappear some place. On the other hand, I am SO TIRED of taking SO MANY trips to the bathroom...some successful and others just for fun! I am exhausted. This is really the only phase--thus far of parenting that I've experienced--that I can say I ABSOLUTELY dread. So I am going to the store tonight to buy those expensive pull-ups instead of diapers...and then I am sure she'll really think those are cool and have to 'go' even more often. It's exciting though...and sad at the same time...our 'baby' is growing up on us!
