What's On Your Menu For Thanksgiving?

Well, since all of our immediate family live like 9-10 hours away it will just be us. I was thinking of just going out to eat at Golden Corral or somewhere instead of cooking but I think I'll just cook. It will seem more like Thanksgiving - getting up to put the ham on, having a messy kitchen trying to prepare everything, setting the table all pretty with nice dishes, and we'll have meals prepared for the next week :-) LEFTOVERS!!! This is my menu for Thanksgiving:

Ham (I am not much on turkey AT ALL)
Homemade stuffing - with oysters added --got to have the oysters in there!
Bread
Green Bean Casserole - our oldest daughters MUST HAVE
Cranberry Sour Cream Jello Salad - I'll have to post it! It's one of my favorites!
Baked Sweet Potatoes LOADED - may do twice baked sweet potatoes
Pumpkin Pie (of course)
and maybe a pumpkin roll if I can get around to doing it!
AND TEA to drink!!!!!!!!!!

I told the girls we are going to play games and just have a good FAMILY DAY! I am looking forward to it even though it will just be us!
